ETC Investment Group Events

Duties:

  1. Planning, integrating the materials and resources, and arranging the layout of club activities;

  2. Managing the event site to ensure the event achieves desired results;

Requirements:

  1. Clear and pragmatic thinking with some extent of innovation ability;

  2. Responsible, have a good sense of time and team cooperation capability.


ETC Investment Group Marketing

Duties:

  • Making videos, posters, WeChat public posts, etc., to promote club events;

  • Assisting other departments with promoting, planning, and designing of our events so that the work from different departments can be better coordinated.

Requirements:

  1. Passionate, academic outstanding, strong executive ability;

  2. Having a certain extent of graphic processing skills, good sense of beauty (experience in format design, use of drawing and editing software is preferred);

  3. Cooperative.


ETC Investment Group Academy

Duties:

  • Assisting with events department to organize workshops;

  • Working on research task in team projects;

  • Attending Bi-weekly meetings.

Requirements:

Fulfill at least one requirement below:

  1. Second or upper year students;

  2. Experience with at least one programming language;

  3. Basic knowledge of the financial market.

All candidates should have a keen interest in academic research of finance and economics.


ETC Investment Group External

Duties:

  • Developing public relations, managing the club’s public image;

  • Raising capital, handling external relations (with other clubs, business partners and companies).

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal communicative abilities, positive public image, proactive and energetic;

  2. Observant, able to find and report problems inside and outside the club;

  3. Exert great performance on spot, capable of calmly deal with emergencies and crises.


ETC Investment Group Internal

Duties:

  • Assisting other departments with human resources, scheduling, and coordinating;

  • Arranging the open time of our booth, booth set up, and clean up.

Requirements:

  1. Responsible for work, strong communication skills and teamwork skills;

  2. Relevant HR management experience is preferred.
